I bought the rolls from the store.

For 4 roll bags of approx. 17 pcs. I each prepared the vanilla cream as follows: I put the milk in a bowl to heat a little. While the milk was warming, I put in a bowl resistant to fire, flour and sugar; I mixed them. I gradually added the warm milk over the flour and sugar, stirring constantly. I put the pot on low heat, stirring constantly until it started to thicken. I added the package of margarine, stirring constantly until it is completely in the composition. I took the pot off the heat and stirred from time to time so as not to crust on top, until it cooled. I filled the rolls with cold cream and let it rest for a few hours.

Ingredient:

  • 500 gr puff pastry

  • 2 sachets of vanilla pudding, 750 ml milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 100 g powdered sugar

Method of preparation:

Spread the puff pastry into a large, thin sheet. Cut the dough into strips about 2 cm wide. Then cut the strips in half.

We wrap the dough strips around the roll molds, so that the dough partially overlaps (the filling does not flow from the inside).

Transfer the rolls to a tray lined with baking paper. Grease them with beaten egg mixed with water. Bake the rolls for 15 minutes, in the preheated oven at 200 degrees, or until they turn golden.

Immediately remove the rolls from the molds and let them cool. Meanwhile, prepare the filling.

We cook pudding. Pour 200 ml of milk over the pudding powder. We boil the remaining milk, together with the sugar. When it boils, add the pudding and mix until it thickens. We take the pudding from the fire and let it cool.

Then mix the pudding with the cottage cheese, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Finally, beat the sweet cream with the mixer until you get a firm whipped cream. Add the whipped cream to the previously prepared cream. Mix well.

Put the cream in a pastry bag and fill the rolls. We can sprinkle powdered sugar on top. We leave the rolls in a cool place for a few hours, after which we can serve them. Good appetite and increase cooking!

For the tender dough, rub the soft butter with the powdered sugar and froth. Add the egg and a pinch of salt, then the essence, the baking soda & icircn vinegar, milk and finally the flour sifted with baking powder.

Roll the rolls filled with vanilla cream and place them on the tray lined with baking paper and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.

For the vanilla cream, mix a little cold milk with the flour and starch.

This mixture will add a thin thread over the hot milk and mix quickly.
Boil the cream, stirring constantly, until it thickens, add a pinch of salt and sugar, then turn off the heat and add the essence. Apply the cold cream covered with foil. After cooling, add the soft butter, rubbed with the vanilla sugar, into the cream.
